Request to fix leaking water from refrigerator was responded fairly quick and was carried out by well trained expert right away, but somehow I saw the same situation as earlier that water spelt all over the kitchen floor the next morning. Spoke to the same technician about the problem. He said he is busy right now and tomorrow being Saturday, we closed until Monday. So i will be to your apartment on Monday. Today is Monday and almost 5 pm and no one has shown up yet. If you are getting this message now, please remind the guy about his commitment. I love this place and the entire staff at the office. God bless you all. Amen...

I just left a sort of rambling voicemail message to this subject. I am not good with leaving detailed messages and am far more capable as a writer. But to the point, The maintenance team that repaired the bathroom did a fabulous job and they should be highly commended!
My wife and I are really amazed at the quality of their work, It looks better than when we first moved in ten years ago.
It was unfortunate that the tenants above us had that terrible leak but it was rectified with both skill and efficiency.
